Ingredients
- 2 tbsp zaatar
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 eggs
- ¼ cup shredded Akawi cheese
Method
- Heat a pan on medium-high heat. Combine the zaatar and olive oil well in a bowl, then whisk in the eggs until there are no lumps.
- When the pan is hot, pour in the mixture and distribute it evenly. Cover for a few minutes until the eggs are cooked.
- Add cheese on half and fold. Cook for a minute, or until the cheese has melted.
